Can I enter Makkah without Ihram?
It depends on the purpose of your visit:

For Umrah or Hajj: If you are entering Makkah with the intention of performing Umrah or Hajj, you must enter the state of Ihram before crossing the Miqat (the designated boundary points around Makkah). Ihram is a sacred state of purity and specific attire (two white cloths for men, and modest clothing for women) that all pilgrims must assume before performing these rituals.

For General Visit (Non-Pilgrimage): If you are entering Makkah for reasons other than performing Umrah or Hajj, such as for business, visiting family, or other non-pilgrimage purposes, you are not required to wear Ihram. However, it is important to note that only Muslims are allowed to enter Makkah.

In summary, Ihram is only necessary if you intend to perform the Umrah or Hajj pilgrimage. For other visits, Ihram is not required.
